Orders and Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–5 business days across the UK. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or during peak periods, but we always work to get your eBike to you as quickly as possible.
Creating an account on Manchester eBikes is quick and simple.
Go to the “My Account” page — you’ll find the link in the top menu or footer.
Enter your email address and choose a password under the “Register” section.
Click Register, and your account will be created instantly.
Once registered, you can:
View and track your orders
Manage shipping addresses
Save your details for faster checkout
You’ll also receive an email confirmation right after your account is created.
You can easily update your shipping address through your My Account page:
Log in to your Manchester eBikes account.
Go to Addresses in your account dashboard.
Click Edit next to your shipping address.
Enter your new details and click Save Address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Simply click that link to see the real-time status of your delivery.

Logging in to your Manchester eBikes account.
Going to My Account → Orders.
Selecting your recent order to view its current status and tracking details.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse, and we deliver to most major countries around the world. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package to make delivery faster and more convenient for you.
However, if your order includes multiple products or accessories (for example, an eBike and separate parts or gear), they may be shipped in different packages depending on stock location and packaging requirements.
If your order is split, don’t worry — you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, so you can follow every item’s delivery progress easily.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
At Manchester eBikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@manchesterebike.co.uk with your order number and reason for return — our team will guide you through the process.
Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or we’ve made an error.

If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@manchesterebike.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and (if possible) a photo of the item you received.
Our support team will arrange either a replacement or a return with full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs for incorrect or wrongly shipped items.

A replacement item (at no extra cost), or
A full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Please keep all original packaging until we confirm the next steps — sometimes our courier may need to inspect the parcel.
